Look Out For JDOT

Born and raised in the city of Brooklyn, New York, JDOT is rising to stardom as an artist. Growing up in the environment of where he did gave him a unique perception on music. He was able to hear and be around an array of differentiated music styles. JDOT creates new flows and melodies while receiving inspiration from the same artists that he has always listened to and looked up to as role models in the industry. He has an intense passion for music and really believes that music is what he was put on this earth to do. Additionally, he is eager to create and produce more music and the process assists his mental health. JDOT is a melodic rapper with a great deal of versatility within his music. Although he can produce drill music and types of trap rap music, the vast majority of his music tends to be melody. His music derives from his feelings and feels natural. The past few months, JDOT has been recording on his own as a solo artist. He is determined and has been working on his craft. He can bring a lot of energy to his listeners through his music. Even if the song is sad and condescending, his presence in his music can definitely be felt. Throughout the process, JDOT constantly battles all the stress that comes from being an artist mentally. Juice World and Lil Uzi Vert are some of the noteworthy artists that JDOT receives inspiration from. Their music has cultivated JDOT as a person and he can relate to their lyrics. A monumental step in his career as an artist was when he decided to put himself out there and become a solo artist. He was able to overcome his fears. Recently, he released his first three songs on all platforms, the EP is called Prelude. His next release is going to be an album titled “The Darkest Moonlight”. He envisions that his music will gain exposure through the new release and fans in the industry will take notice. Contemporarily, he is focused on building a fan base.
